Finance and Administration Team:

Finance and Administration comprises of a team of professionals providing organisational fiscal and administrative services, advice and support to the highest professional standard. Our success is achieved by understanding our business and operating as a partner to our stakeholders. We plan, organise, lead and monitor the financial functions and processes of the organisation to deliver responsive, innovative and practical solutions and services. Our focus is to ensure compliance to all relevant financial and budgetary laws and regulations.

The Reception & Administration Officer is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, mail distribution and providing additional clerical support. The Reception & Administration Officer is the first point of contact for the agency, which requires a positive attitude and professional appearance. This position will multi task a variety of front office activities in a fast paced environment and interface with various levels of staff and management.

The Finance and Administration Team operates in a manner that provides tailored, quality financial and administrative services. This ensures a high level of expert support and advice, enhancing Junctions program areas ability to achieve its operational targets and strategic goals. This is turn allows staff to better support our current and future clients and the community.
