Are you passionate about delivering high-quality services that help people to thrive? Do you want to work with a team that is highly driven to deliver quality homelessness support services in the Fleurieu region?
As an Outreach Support Worker, you will be responsible to provide culturally appropriate case management support to the children, adolescents and families that present with varying levels of complex needs from a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach. You will manage your own caseload and liaise with a wide range of agencies, groups and individuals to provide high-quality, mobile, flexible and client-focused homelessness support services across the Southern Fleurieu region.
The role requires sound communication skills, providing assistance, advocacy and information to the people we work with and wherever possible, empowering them to maintain their tenancies.
