The Position

You will be a Recruitment Coordinator for the organisation which recognises the importance of hiring as this has a significant impact on their success and culture.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Provide high volume recruitment services with a strong customer service focus across the organisation - both employee and volunteer
• Administer and implement recruitment processes, including drafting and posting advertisements, scheduling interviews, preparing interview documentation undertaking required pre-employment checks, processing letters of offer and onboarding documents
• Maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring all employee files and documents are maintained for all new staff
• Develop relationships across the organisation and engage with managers to understand their needs building positive working relationships and delivering high level customer service
• Contribute to the Organisational Culture, demonstration compassion and focus on the mission and actively contributing and influence a positive working environment

The Person

About you:

• Prior experience within a recruitment role - internal or agency
• Has a strong eye for detail and a passion for working with people in HR Administration and Recruitment
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic role and be a team player
• Has strong interpersonal skills, with stellar verbal and written communication skills
