The Role:

This exciting and newly created role is responsible for building the fundraising capability through Major Donors, and Trusts & Foundations, primarily through leveraging existing donor relationships.

Specifically, you will be required to:

• Nurture and maintain existing donor relationships
• Engage donors and bring them into the Vinnies story, mission and message
• Analyse and develop strategies around donor journey opportunities
• Develop new income stream initiatives that inspire new and existing donors to contribute to the overarching mission of the organisation
• Liaise with colleagues in Victoria and interstate to assist in the development of programs and campaigns
• Inspire and engage with team members to contribute to a cohesive and motivating culture

The Candidate:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for developing long-term relationships
• Experience in engaging, managing and delivering fund-raising campaigns
• Excellent organisational and project management skills

In addition, you are likely to have a degree in fundraising, communications, business, or marketing, and will be required to undertake a Police Check.
