The Organisation:

Our client is a much loved and highly regarded in-home care and residential aged care group with multiple service outlets located throughout inner south east Melbourne.

With a focus on innovation and further developing their offering around in-home/in-community and Day Programs, the organisation seeks an experienced Home Care/Community Services Manager to lead this sizeable division.

The Role:

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality care for the clients, and the efficient and effective operations and management of the programs, staff and resources. As well as home and personal care for clients, the organisation also supports a vibrant social support group program and allied health services delivered through day centres.

You will be part of the senior leadership team, developing key growth and development opportunities within the organisation.

The Candidate:

You will have extensive operational experience managing a large team delivering various Home Care/Community Care programs to clients within the aged care or human services sector, with an exemplary track record.

In addition, you will have demonstrated your capability in being a valuable member of a leadership team along with strong leadership, motivational and management skills. You will have tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health or Management and must undertake a National Police Check and WWC check prior to employment.

Your background may have been in the not-for-profit or the commercial sector.
