Reporting to the Lead, Housing Pathways, the Senior Housing Pathways Officer supports vulnerable people to apply and access the range of NSW Government social housing products including social housing, private rental assistance, and temporary accommodation.
Integral to success is the ability to coach, advise and support team members with assessment of complex housing applications, delivery of housing assistance products, allocations to vacant properties, and promote a safety culture.
