VACRO is a non-government, non-denominational organisation working with people in contact with the justice system and their families. Founded in 1872 (as the Discharged Prisoners’ Aid Society of Victoria), VACRO works closely with government and non-profit organisations.
This exciting role requires an experienced HR professional to design and deliver priority strategic people and culture projects including diversity and inclusion, and subsequent operational plans. Your natural abilities to engage and energise people through consultative and collaborative processes will be highly valued as you undertake project planning, consultation, implementation and evaluation.
Contribute to managing HR services and processes across the organisation, including providing advice and support to managers on HR issues.
