JobCo. are looking for APRAH registered Occupational Therapists to join our friendly team.

A number of positions are currently available:

  • 1 X Full Time NDIS Occupational Therapist and Mentor - Moorabbin
  • 1 X Full Time NDIS Occupational Therapist and Mentor - Sunshine
  • 1 X Full Time NDIS Occupational Therapist and Mentor - Fitzroy

Your role will focus on delivering Occupational Therapy services to JobCo. NDIS participants. When not engaged in delivering Occupational Therapy services your role will be varied and flexible. You may deliver fun and engaging group activities or deliver specialised support coordination services.

Key Selection Criteria

1. Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) / Bachelor of Occupational Therapy / Masters of Occupational Therapy

2. Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

3. Capacity to work in a competitive funding environment and maintain client caseloads

4. Participant recovery focus – demonstrated understanding of and a belief in participant – focused, strength based, trauma-informed and recovery orientated models of service

5. The ability to work with participants in a range of tasks such as goal setting and activities of daily living

6. Ability to be flexible, to work autonomously and contribute to a professional team environment

7. Self-management and self-awareness, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

JobCo is a registered provider of NDIS services and you must obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance prior to employment. JobCo is also a Child Safe organisation you must be willing to submit your WWCC and disclose any previous or current disciplinary action (i.e. finding of improper or unprofessional conduct by any Court or Tribunal) and sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
