The Active Living Services team at Jewish Care Victoria require the expertise of a Podiatrist to support a brand new Jewish Care Service aimed at providing independence of our aged care service users including clients with Home Care Packages and CHSP funding. As part of the Allied Health Service you will provide support to individuals and groups using evidence based approach. The program aims to provide assistance and support, referral to relevant community based resources and effectively link people to ongoing services to overcome a wide range of health concerns.
You will join our growing service based in our new $90million Residential and Health & Wellbeing facilities in Windsor, Caulfield and Carnegie. Supporting the development of new services alongside the Allied Health, you will provide services across different community sites and in people's homes, with a focus on independence and living actively.
