Jewish Care Victoria, a not-for-profit organisation, is the largest provider of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria. Services include Aged Residential Care, Assessment Referral and Individual Support Services, Community Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, Youth and Family Services and Holocaust Survivors Programs.
We are now seeking an enthusiastic and team orientated person to provide day-to-day administration and clerical support to the Manager, Individual & Family Services (I&FS) and the programs of I&FS to ensure the efficient and effective coordination of the department's support services activities. The role will be responsible for directly supporting the Information & Access team (IAT) by answering and directing calls. The role will also contribute to programs and projects via data entry, as well as reporting and analysis as required.
