- Experience in supporting Windows desktop, Windows Server environments, as well as Apple operating systems;
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners;
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
- Providing technical support and setting up accounts for new users;
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
- Testing new technology’s;
- Maintain security, phone and office equipment including electronic signage boards;
- Administration/reporting requests on an adhoc basis.
Other Attributes
- Must have strong communication and relationship building skills;
- Must demonstrably share the values of the trade union movement. Previous experience in a trade union will be very highly regarded.
