The Role

The Senior Program Quality Manager will collaborate with the Director of Systemic Change & Partnerships to communicate impact and change through data aggregation, analysis, reporting and learning. The Senior Program Quality Manager will develop plans, tools, resources and systems to support effective monitoring, evaluation and learning.

The Candidate

You will have:

• Post graduate degree in International Development or other related field with specific training in monitoring and development
• High level skills in program and project monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment
• Demonstrated capacity to design monitoring, evaluation and learning systems and manage, capture and share organisational learning
• Significant experience in undertaking a range of participatory design, research and MEL methodologies including both qualitative and quantitative methods, preferably in international development contexts
• Strong gender and social analysis skills and specific experience incorporating gender and development and feminist approaches into the monitoring and evaluation of development programs
• Demonstrated ability to effectively build project design and MEL capacity with staff and partners in a range of contexts
• High level written and oral communication skills, including participatory facilitation and training skills

The Offer

Offered as a full-time 12 month contract (parental leave cover) with the flexibility to reduce to 0.8 FTE. The annual salary is a SCHADS 6/ SACS CIII.
