About Us?

The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH) leads the development, planning and delivery of comprehensive primary health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in Southeast Queensland. Together with our four Aboriginal community-controlled founding members, we are focused on our collective vision of Healthy, strong and vibrant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and communities.

Moreton Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Health Service (MATSICHS) is committed to providing holistic health care to improve the health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Moreton Bay area. We have clinics across the Moreton Bay region including locations at Caboolture, Morayfield, Deception Bay, Margate and Strathpine

About You?

  • Current unconditional APHRA registration
  • MBBS and unconditional registration with the Medical Board of Australian
  • Vocational Registration
  • Keen to contribute to a team making a difference for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
  • Ability to support a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.
  • Must have at least Dose 1 of the Covid-19 vaccine prior to commencement
