An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Social Worker to partake in our new Early Help Family Service! This newly funded service focuses on addressing the emerging needs of children aged birth to 12 years. The Early Help Family Service will act as an early connector providing parents with information, education and support to manage and navigate this developmental stage.
You will be working with our Brimbank Melton communities to deliver evidence based, inclusive early help through a program of locally responsive interventions including –
Working in partnership with the Timbertop Early Children’s and Community Centre this role will be based at their office located in Aintree, Melton.
This opportunity is flexible to consider Part Time or Full Time to suit your work and life balance needs. This is a Fixed Term (Funding based activity - Project) until 30 June 2023 and is classified as a Social and Community Services Employee Level 5 offering $93,334 - $97,563 TRP including 10% superannuation (Pro Rata Part Time) under the Community Health Centre (Stand Alone Services) Social and Community Service Employees Multi Enterprise Agreement 2017.
