About The Role

The Business Development and Communications Officer will raise client, staff and stakeholder engagement by actively creating collateral, planning and implementing print and online media, marketing and communication strategies in line with IPC Health’s organisational objectives.

You will work closely with the Communications and Engagement Coordinator and IPC Health’s Leadership team to actively assist and create internal and external promotions, communication, public relations and marketing campaigns/initiatives that drive business, improve health and generate a higher awareness of IPC Health in the local community.

This position is a Full-Time Fixed Term (Parental Leave Cover) role and is classified as an Admin/Manager Grade 4 under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Officers) Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2018-2022.

About You

You will be passionate about making a difference and bring this energy to the role and the workplace, and actively seek and create new content from a wide array of IPC Health services. Your experience in social media, communications and design will enable you to work efficiently and with self-accountability across multiple communication platforms, in a creative and strategic manner. You’ll explore innovative strategies to improve IPC Health’s brand awareness, internal and external communication for engagement growth or community, clients, staff and stakeholders
