IPC Health is seeking applications from experienced Board Directors with a strong understanding of the delivery of healthcare services including knowledge and understanding of community health needs and issues in Melbourne’s West.

IPC Health is seeking Board Directors with specific experience in:

• Clinical Governance
• Legal and/or Digital Health

Appointments will be made against these skills to gain the appropriate mix of skills, experience, and diversity on the Board.

Essential competencies include previous experience at Board level, ability to think and influence strategically, an understanding of good practice corporate governance including risk and change management, financial knowledge, and a commitment to the goals of IPC Health.

Appointments are for three years with Directors eligible for reappointment, with a maximum of three terms.

The IPC Health Board meets monthly, and all Directors are also involved in Committees as well as other meetings and activities.
