This position coordinates the delivery of supports for people experiencing mental illness, working collaboratively with consumers and in consultation with area mental health services and support services.

Positions are available using a recovery orientated model.

To star in this role you will have:

  • A professional qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Occupational Therapy
  • Experience in working with people experiencing mental health issues within a community setting
  • Demonstrated ability to provide discipline specific services and interventions relating to mental illness
  • Excellent knowledge of recovery-based outcomes and approaches
  • A clear understanding collaborative working with consumers, carers and mental health and other services
