A dynamic case manager role is now available as part of the RhED (Resourcing Health and Education in the Sex Industry) Pathways team! The Pathways program is a free, non-judgemental and confidential case management service for all current and former sex workers in Victoria.

Pathways supports sex workers of all genders and identities, from all areas of the industry, to access services that may include mental health and wellbeing, family and intimate partner violence, alcohol and other drugs, relationship issues, housing, social isolation, and navigating the legal justice system.

Pathways can provide advice, referrals and practical support to navigate the system and overcome barriers to accessing additional supports. People with experience in the sex industry are highly encouraged to apply.

Ideally, you will possess:

  • A professional qualification in Social work, counselling, community development/services, mental health, psychology or equivalent.
  • Experience in Case management, support work, care coordination or similar client facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to Work with a wide range of clients and complexities in a trauma informed, client centred approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of Social model of health, intersectionality, social justice, harm minimisation and harm reduction approaches, community and social health and the impact of stigma and marginalisation.
