Ironbark Aboriginal Corporation (Ironbark) is a not-for-profit organisation based in Darwin, Northern Territory. We successfully deliver community, employment and economic services under the Community Development Program (CDP) to urban, regional and remote communities throughout the Darwin/Daly Region.

About the Role

Working in accordance with Ironbark values the Employment Advisor role is based within the operations team at Humpty Doo and will be responsible for providing quality case management to job seekers within our region. Aiming to achieve high performance within a contractual framework, whilst meeting the strategic and operational outcomes for the organisation.Please note this role is a fixed term 6 month contract.

To be Successful

We are looking for a suitable applicant who has:

• Experience in Community Development Program (CDP) delivery, case management or other employment programs
• Certificate III or above in Employment Services/Community Services
• Knowledge of the local labour market
• Ability and passion for helping people in your community
