We are a not-for-profit organisation founded in 1995 to promote a sense of connection, social inclusion and health and well-being programs to the extended Irish Community in NSW, while providing them with confidential, sympathetic and caring support in times of crisis and distress.
We assist with a diverse range of clients with complex issues including homelessness, financial difficulty, domestic violence, family breakdown, illness, injury and mental health problems.
We also deliver a range of engaging programs for the wider Irish community including Mental Health initiatives, information workshops, social programs and community events.
We are recruiting a full-time Project Officer. This role is responsible for the oversight of key projects at the Irish Support Agency (ISA) which aim to promote health and well-being, social inclusion and a sense of connection in the Irish community in NSW. The role also involves creating increased awareness of the ISA as well as contributing to the ongoing delivery of high-quality services to our clients, members, volunteers and donors in the broader Irish community in NSW.
The role is an interesting and varied one, so we are searching for someone with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Remuneration will be based on qualifications and experience.
