We work directly with our Partners and in their workplaces, and with their participating employers. About the opportunity

Reporting to the GM Insurance Solutions, you will:

  • Manage and build relationships with Insurance & Reinsurance Partners to gain deep understanding of their needs in relation to creating mentally healthy workplaces for their employees and members
  • Increase the uptake of best-practice and value adding workplace solutions (programs, training, resources and events) tailored to the needs of the Insurance industry
  • As subject matter expert provide support and advice to partners - consulting and delivering projects ranging from short term activities through to long term strategic interventions to embed evidence-based practices  - which can include conducting needs analyses and review of existing policies and practices,  developing holistic workplace mental health strategy, identifying, developing and delivering appropriate solutions, training, education or resources and measuring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of solutions
  • Manage the existing portfolio of solutions including delivery, stakeholder and contract management, budgetary and reporting requirements and work with the Innovative Solutions team to co-design and co-create new solutions - considering scale and market viability - and project manage continuous improvements
  • Increase visibility, advocacy and impact of workplace mental health and wellbeing outcomes through investing in influential industry relationships and effective alliances and supporting business development opportunities to establish and generate sustainable revenue streams
  • Represent the needs of Insurance Partners in internal cross functional and collaborative work groups & forums

Key requirements 

  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, organisational psychology, allied health, or other appropriate discipline
  • Knowledge and experience in the Insurance industry
  • Experience in the delivery of consultancy services in a multidisciplinary organisation and relationship management across a broad range of stakeholder relationships
  • Subject matter expertise in the area of mental health, workplace mental health, positive psychology, work health and safety and/or suicide prevention
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information, identify trends and issues and plan appropriate strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication & representational skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences
