About Us

We’re here to provide long term, meaningful employment for people who face significant barriers to employment (people with disability and from disadvantaged backgrounds) - and at the same time, we create great quality products and services for our business customers.

We do this so our employees can get a sense of purpose, belonging and pride that only comes from a job well done - and we must be doing something right - among our many long-term customers are some of the most respected names in Australian business.

We believe everyone deserves the same opportunities to work - but people living with a disability and those who experience social disadvantage often experience significant barriers to employment. Our focus is on breaking down those barriers by providing training and employment with expert support tailored to the needs of our Employees, whilst delivering high quality commercial goods and services to our customers.

  • Building effective internal partnerships and liaising with cross functional internal teams (Operations, Employee Support) to prepare quotes and optimise the customer experience
  • Analysing customer needs, keeping abreast of market trends, and working to find new customer solutions
  • Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements using an existing pricing model and with input from the Finance and Engineering teams
  • Managing reporting and records of customer communication and contact and forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., monthly leads and sales, product profitability, sales plans)

Key Requirements

  • Sales, business development and B2B account management experience (including technical sales experience - ideally in manufacturing, re-packaging or document digitisation) with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Outstanding relationship management skills and a strong service orientation
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Valid Vic drivers’ licence
  • Genuine passion for inclusivity, diversity and providing opportunity for people with a disability and/or other significant barriers to meaningful employment
