  • Solutions (evidence-informed and useful training, coaching, workplace consulting, resources and tools

  • Insights (regular national and local research analysing trends, impacts and outcomes)

About the opportunity

This impactful opportunity will see you leveraging your relationship management experience and knowledge of workplace mental health to build and manage strong, ongoing relationships with SuperFriend’s existing Partners and new clients, supporting employers on their journey to creating workplaces where people can flourish and thrive. You will leverage our research, solutions and initiatives to assist partner organisations with their workplace mental health journeys in a strategic and sustainable way whilst identifying opportunities to contribute to the achievement of growth, revenue and impact targets. Some interstate travel may be involved. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders within each Partner and client organisation to develop a proactive engagement strategy
  • Educating Partners and clients on our research, insights and solutions, and how they these can be utilised to support, supplement and elevate their respective workplace mental health frameworks
  • Actively building strong relationships and account plans with Partners and delivering excellence in customer service that promotes value, drives engagement and increases participation and impact
  • Manage internal relationships - working with a range of stakeholders and business units to respond to the needs of Partners and Clients - capturing Partner and client feedback and requirements and working closely across the organisation to ensure the voice of Partners and clients is embedded into future product and marketing strategies.

Key requirements

  • Tertiary qualified (in a related discipline such as commerce, business or psychology) with experience and a track record of success in stakeholder/partnership or relationship management.
  • Workplace mental health knowledge gained through qualification and/or experience that involved engaging, informing and supporting organisations to improve workplace mental health and wellbeing outcomes
  • Passion for mental health and driving change at the organisational and industry level
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organisation including Board and C-suite
  • A natural relationship builder who is highly motivated, customer centric, outcome focused and strategic
