Our main stakeholders are our 32 Partners, made up of Australia's leading profit-to-member super funds (including AustralianSuper, Cbus, UniSuper), and group insurers (including TAL and AIA).

We work directly with our Partners and in their workplaces, and with their participating employers. Our Partnerships mean we have potential to embed mental health and wellbeing best practices into 750,000 workplaces and impact more than half of Australia’s workforce.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager - Impact, Communications & Insights, the Partner Marketing Communications Consultant is accountable for delivering exceptional and engaging Partner-focussed marketing communications across a range of channels, together with mature and responsible Partner relationship support. This will involve:

  • Working with the Impact, Communication & Insights team, Partner Relationship Managers and Solutions Managers to refine and deliver our strategic Partner marketing and communications program
  • Managing relationships with Partner marketing leads and responding to their requests
  • Writing and editing content for a range of channels (social, digital, media, print), primarily focussed on workplace mental health and wellbeing
  • Managing Partner content within our CMS (WordPress) and CRM (Infusionsoft)
  • Working with external graphic designers, digital providers, printers, PR agencies and event facilitators
  • Helping to improve SuperFriend's brand awareness and engagement
  • Contributing to special projects, including new solutions and digital work and monitoring delegated budgets, forecasts, compliance and risks, and associated reporting

Some interstate travel and presenting will be required.

Key requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or journalism and solid experience in broad based marketing and comms roles that includes working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience in consulting or relationship management across a broad range of stakeholder relationships
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, measurement and reporting
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal and representational skills.

You are passionate, talented, creative and humbly confident, as well as nimble, adaptable, keen to learn and grow, and excited about delivering quality outcomes to make a positive difference in workplace mental health and well-being nationally.

Knowledge of or experience in the superannuation and insurance industries and/or workplace mental health is highly desirable.
