Reporting directly to the CEO and as part of the leadership team, you will lead, engage, inspire and develop NDIS Psychosocial and Disability Support workers to deliver exceptional client experiences. With 10 direct reports and the support of casual and volunteer staff, you will inherit a high performing team, a growing and successful NDIS program and have enormous scope to influence and contribute.
