The International Planned Parenthood Federation for East and South East Asia and Oceania (IPPF ESEAOR) is seeking a qualified, experienced, motivated and passionate candidate to join our team as the Director, Programmes and Operations in the Pacific. This role is to be based in the IPPF Sub-Regional Office for the Pacific (SROP) in Suva, and will report to and work closely with the ESEAOR Regional Director.

The Director will lead the implementation of the Niu Vaka Pacific strategy, provide high-level strategic representation for IPPF in the Pacific and is required to build and maintain strong, relationships with bilateral and multilateral partners.

For this key role, IPPF is seeking a senior international health or development executive with proven leadership capacity and significant experience in building strategic partnerships, program design, implementation, and management in the Pacific region. The successful candidate will have strong demonstrable experience in delivering outputs and outcomes particularly as they relate to SRHR.
