Located in Sydney’s South West near Bankstown area is an excellent opportunity or candidates with relevant qualifications looking for their first role in HR/Recruitment.


Reporting to the Resource Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team as a support person
  • Phone screening of candidates
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Managing inductions and onboarding paperwork
  • Identifying rostering needs
  • Attending meetings – minute taking
  • Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Collating all WHS information
  • Organising calendar invites for meetings
  • Managing and updating candidate files
  • Assisting with any other duties as requested


To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in HR or other related disciplines
  • The desire to build upon any experience you have already gained within the HR/Recruitment function. This is a support role and would be great for someone that might have completed their studies but hasn’t yet been able to get a foot in the door. This is very much a mix of recruitment and admin so the ideal person for us is someone who loves variety and is happy to be screening candidates one minute, and taking meeting notes the next
  • The kind of personality that is proactive – you might not have practical experience but you’re someone who loves learning and picks things up quickly
  • Fantastic communication skills – you’ll be speaking to a wide array of people so it’s vital you can communicate effectively
  • A genuine interest in the Disability sector – this is probably one of the most important things for us
  • A current Working with Children Check – if you don’t have one but are happy to obtain one, that’s fine
  • The availability to commence ASAP

This is a great role for someone who might have some experience and is looking to build on it. You are happy to be the middle person between Program Managers and the Talent Acquisition team and enjoy the variety this role has to offer.
