Located in Westmead within Ronald McDonald House Charities– Greater Western Sydney is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Marketing & Partnerships Manager.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the CEO some of your key accountabilities will include:

• Overseeing & implementing the overarching marketing, communications, programs and partnership strategy
• Development & delivery of the annual and long-term strategies
• Identifying & acquiring new corporate partnerships
• Researching and identifying funding opportunities (grants, trusts, foundations etc)
• Leading the expansion of digital & social media presence
• Ensuring brand message is strong & consistent across all channels
• Managing a team of 5
• Report preparation (budgets, weekly, monthly, annually) – presenting to internal and external stakeholders
• Event management and coordination of public relations program and corporate hospitality

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

• Experience within a similar role – you don’t have to have worked with the Not for Profit sector - you might be in a Corporate Partnerships / Marketing role within the commercial sector. What’s important is your ability to identify potential partners and fundraising opportunities.
• Relevant qualifications - Marketing, Communications or related
• Then kind of personality that people are naturally drawn to – you have that great mix of sales and likability and genuinely enjoy building long lasting relationships
• Strong communication skills – you’re confident in your ability to present to potential partners as well as other key stakeholders
