As the CRM & Digital Solutions Manager, your strong knowledge in a similar role combined with your leadership skills and your ability to be strategic in your thinking will see you excel in this role. This is a unique opportunity to work with like-minded colleagues who are all aligned to their cause. This role will require you to partner with a variety of internal teams and manage expectations whilst demonstrating your skills in integrating the CRM with existing systems to ensure effective system utilisation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the delivery, customisation and management of the Salesforce platform and new digital solutions that enable business growth and deliver customer outcomes.
A little bit about YOU! As the successful applicant, you will have notable experience on how to build, automate and customise a CRM combined with an ability to bring teams with you on the journey. You will be digitally savvy, passionate about technology and be able to identify and resolve complex issues effortlessly.
