As the CRM & Digital Solutions Manager, your strong knowledge in a similar role combined with your leadership skills and your ability to be strategic in your thinking will see you excel in this role. This is a unique opportunity to work with like-minded colleagues who are all aligned to their cause. This role will require you to partner with a variety of internal teams and manage expectations whilst demonstrating your skills in integrating the CRM with existing systems to ensure effective system utilisation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the delivery, customisation and management of the Salesforce platform and new digital solutions that enable business growth and deliver customer outcomes.

You will be digitally savvy, passionate about technology and be able to identify and resolve complex issues effortlessly.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and own the digital strategy and architecture for the Salesforce platform
  • Drive the Salesforce platform development, customisation, delivery, and maintenance to improve conversions, enhance customer engagement and automate marketing campaigns and communications to key stakeholder groups
  • Provide critical analysis, advice and leadership to the Senior Management Team on Salesforce solution, developments and other digital/technology solutions
  • Lead and manage Salesforce development/improvement initiatives and projects
  • Identify opportunities for Social Traders to use digital tools to increase efficiencies
  • Ability to develop and nurture partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders

Your background will include:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role including CRM/digital solutions strategy development
  • You will be degree qualified in Computer Science, Digital Commerce or IT/digital related discipline
  • You're experienced in developing and delivering digital solutions including Salesforce customisations, Salesforce Communities, integrated Salesforce and marketing automations and event platform integration
  • Previous experience using Pardot and the integration of Salesforce into other tools and apps such as Outlook, PowerBI, Campaign Monitor and Survey Monkey.
