This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced front line Office Administrator, who is passionate about providing high quality customer service, support and administrative services to clients.
This position provides front line sales and customer service, including customer liaison and reception duties.
This role will:
The successful application will have previous experience in a frontline administrative role, along with strong capabilities in communication, time management, attention to detail and the ability to deal with confidential personal and sensitive subject matter. Experience in the use of a client relationship management software system, such as Microsoft CRM, will be highly regarded.
This is a permanent part time role, 15 hours per week, and you must be available to work 9am - 5pm on Monday and Tuesday.
