This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader, who is passionate about making a positive impact in the community, who is abreast of social issues and has the ability to identify and address the effects on our community and provide positive solutions.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to coach, develop and support a multi-disciplinary team of Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners/General Mediators, and Case Managers.

This is a permanent part time position, 30 hours per week, and some evening work will be required. This position will also require occasional weekend work for community development.
Along with a tertiary qualification in behavioural or social science, social work, community services, counselling or psychology, or a related discipline, we are looking for strong capabilities in Clinical Skills, Team Dynamics, Negotiation and Conflict Management, Interpersonal Skills, and Ethics.
The ideal candidate will also have skills and experience in dispute resolution work with families, including children, and significant familiarity with models of dispute resolution, child-inclusive practice and legally-assisted family dispute resolution.
