This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated & experienced Case Manager, who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of families.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our Western Region team. This role will provide clients with appropriate and timely support to access services by effectively engaging, screening, assessing, referring, and providing coordinated case management to Interrelate clients.

This role will be based at our Dubbo Family Relationship Centre, and may be required to work across multiple sites within the Western region. Due to the travel required for this role, where is pool car is not available it will require the use of your own personal vehicle, all kilometres will be reimbursed when using your own personal vehicle.
