Manager Support Services. Exciting leadership opportunity!

We are seeking a manager that is an experienced, highly skilled and degree qualified leader to support and drive the implementation of our programs across the Gippsland region.

The Manager of Support Services will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating and developing the performance and service delivery of a range of programs and provide high level support and advice to participants and staff across the Gippsland region at multiple sites.

The person we are seeking will utilise their community connections and partnerships to strengthen participant experience. You will take a lead in the strategic planning and implementation of services and service development, including the recruitment and retention of staff. Critical to your success in the role will be your working knowledge of the NDIS and the associated compliance and legislation requirements. Position can be based in Morwell or Wonthaggi with travel across Gippsland.
