About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who is able to hit the ground running, focusing on rostering of support professionals using Carelink+.

A dynamic role that acts as the conduit between our NDIS participants and fantastic support crew. This role forms a crucial part of our key supervisory and operations unit working alongside our experienced management team.

As this role is the interface between clients and support workers you will manage the day to day coordination of the delivery of supports to clients including;

  • Ongoing liaison and communication with clients to enable them to achieve their defined and funded goals
  • Intake and risk assessment of new participants
  • Utilisation of Carelink+ to manage deployment of staff, current servicing to Clients; approval of completed work and accurate billing
  • Matching of Support Workers to individual clients
  • Recruitment and Selection of new Support Staff
  • Model, mentor and monitor the work practices of staff in working within the NDIS Code of Conduct framework
  • Ongoing monitoring and nurturing of a team culture that focuses on customer service.

Who you are

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has proven experience working within the Disability or Health Sector and who has;

  • Demonstrated experience in rostering and coordinating the delivery of disability and/or community services;
  • Knowledge of NDIS Framework and Community Services Funding Models;
  • Working knowledge of best practice rostering, workforce optimisation and system utilisation;
  • Experience in managing workforce issues including supervision, coaching and mentoring;
  • Experience managing complex disability or related Client presentations and complexities;
  • Experience in incident management and reporting
  • Experience delivering outcomes and working with KPIs.
  • A current Driver's Licence (non-negotiable)

Please note: The successful candidate will be required to participate in an Australian Federal Police check, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Worker Screening and a WWCC, prior to confirmation of appointment to the position.

The successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate entitlement to work in Australia, and to disclose any pre-existing injury or disease which may be adversely affected by undertaking the inherent requirements of the position.
