Working within this organisation who supports and advocates for the Aboriginal community, your experience, knowledge and input is going to improve and change the way data is used in service delivery.

Within the Research and Evidence Development Team, an overview of your responsibilities are:

• Monitoring and evaluating current programs through an end to end data role
• Understanding and implementing data analysis methods
• Conduct analysis of quantitative data
• Understanding and implementing data visualisation and reporting strategies
• Database design and management including working with statistics software and data visualisation software
• Provide training and support to Program and Project Teams in data entry and extraction
• Project management including scheduling, communication and risk management
• Commitment to the organisations' vision and purpose
• Awareness and appreciation of Aboriginal societies and cultures

To be considered for this position, we are seeking:

• Experience in a similar data analysis and design position within Education, Health or Public Sector / non-profit organisations / human services
• Project Management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working and engaging with Aboriginal families will be advantageous
