We are looking for people with a ‘can do’ attitude who possess the ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve greater independence by challenging them to grow and develop life skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and leading a crew of up to 3 supported employees.
- Providing on the job support and training for supported employees to meet their individual needs and goals.
Your success will be ensured if you:
- Possess some experience in Administration, Horticulture and/or Cleaning
- Are willing to complete 'hands on' jobs as this role is not only a 'supervisory' role.
- Demonstrate your ability and commitment to a safe working environment.
- Enjoy working with and supporting employees with a disability from a range of social, financial and cultural backgrounds.
- Possess the capacity to meet the inherent physical requirements of the position.
To be successful you will also require:
- A valid National Police Clearance of no more than 3-months old (we can help you to obtain one).
- Hold the appropriate rights to work in Australia.
- Possess a valid WA driving licence
- Possess a current Senior First Aid certificate (we can help you with this)
