Increased demand for our supports means we are currently looking for reliable and passionate Disability and/or Mental Health Support Workers who have:

  • A relevant qualification in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, Individual Support or Nursing
  • Good availability and a willingness to work 20+ hours per week

As a Community Care Worker with Inspire Support, you'll support participants both in their home and within the community. The role is varied and may include supporting participants to access the community, supporting participants to undertake tasks independently, meal preparation and domestic assistance, assisting with personal care and hygiene.

All applicants must have their own vehicle with comprehensive care insurance, a relevant qualification, a current Working with Children Check and be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening clearance. From 1st February 2021 everyone who commences employment with a Registered NDIS Provider in Victoria must have this clearance.
