About the role
We are looking for an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator/ Content Developer who has a can-do attitude and thrives on variety. You will work within a small supportive and dynamic team in Yarraville, with a friendly office environment.
The role is 3 days per week with a potential to increase to full time. Hours can be flexible to suit individual needs (e.g. between school hours).

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Social media content planning, development and execution across existing and new channels for the Community Bike Hub, The Westsider, Local Impact and Money Mentor program
- Designing print and digital collateral for events, campaigns and activations
- Filming and editing video content
- Attending community events
- Assisting with news stories and written content for Local Impact, Community Bike Hub and Money Mentor program websites
- Writing and publishing regular eDMs for Local Impact, The Westsider and Community Bike Hub
- Sourcing and creating social media content for all our programs collaborating with Program managers and other content creators
- Produce copy and graphics that aligns with our brand voice and engages our community
- Manage social media content plans and processes
- Report on social media analytics to measure performance
- Engage with customers on all social platforms including comment sections create ad-hoc company documents and marketing assets
- Website updates
- Create marketing campaigns for events and new initiatives
- Brand guardianship
Experience and attributes
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design
- Experienced in managing websites via WordPress
- Experience in the management of a CRM system highly regarded
- Well organised with excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task between projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts
- Demonstrated experience creating engaging social content
- Experience working in social enterprise or non-profit space an advantage
- Flexibility to support other members in a small team
- Boast a minimum of 2+ years in marketing coordination or content development
- Possess basic copywriting skills for crafting social and email communications
- Contribute creatively to concept development and promotions
- Thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
