We are on the lookout for a SharePoint Consultant - ITS with substantial experience in the implementation of Intranetnsolutions and SharePoint document library solutions to join the Consulting & IT Services team.

About the role

NOTE: We are open to taking applications from Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and remote workers outside of these regions.

Reporting to the ITS Service Delivery Manager and working closely with the Engineering, Consulting & Helpdesk teams, the SharePoint Consultant - ITS will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking activities such as requirement gathering workshops, analysis and design, and end-user training
  • Working with the client to co-ordinate the project and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Delivering non-profit technology solutions, including:
    • Implementing Intranets using Modern SharePoint web parts
    • Conducting file analysis and planing file migrations
    • Implementing document libraries and role-based access
    • Providing support for User Acceptance Testing
  • Providing documentation of delivered solutions
  • Providing excellent support to IT Services clients in a professional and positive manner
  • Acting as an escalation point for Intranet and SharePoint issues for the IT Helpdesk team

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  1. Knowledge and experience with implementing and supporting Intranets and SharePoint document management using Microsoft 365 SharePoint
  2. Experience with file analysis, file migration and the SharePoint Migration Tool
  3. Knowledge and experience implementing and supporting security groups to support role-based access to document libraries
  4. Knowledge of document management principles
  5. Experience with related technologies including Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and PowerBI is desirable
  6. Experience using MSP management tools such as Kaseya VSA, Ivanti Service Manager is desirable
