As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing Industry Capability Network's digital presence, engaging with our stakeholders, and raising awareness of our mission to support local SME's to have full, fair and reasonable access to projects and opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. You will use creative and effective marketing strategies to drive our mission forward and increase support for our programs and services. If you have a proven track record in digital marketing and are passionate about making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

To be successful in this role you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organisational skills are essential, as you will need to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Additionally, a positive, ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude and a willingness to take a hands-on role in projects when required are crucial for thriving in this position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  • Create and manage content and support creation of media and reporting collateral
  • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of ICN products and services
  • Analyse data and manage marketing effectiveness

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/communications role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of social networking platforms
