About Your New Role!

  • You will develop skills in financial capability to assist people experiencing financial problems.
  • Gain on-the-job training whilst completing a Certificate IV in Community Services.
  • Work within an experienced and supportive team environment.

About You!

  • You will be willing to enrol in and complete the Certificate IV in Community Services (fully funded by us – 12 months firm commitment).
  • You will have a passion and commitment for working with people experiencing challenges in their lives to empower them in achieving financial wellbeing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits of working with ICAN:

  • 22.5 hours per week
  • 5 weeks annual leave (pro rata to reflect part time hours)
  • Salary is paid under the SCHCADS Award (negotiable on experience)
