InComPro is an Aboriginal owned, not for profit NDIS Provider, specialising in culturally sound service provision for Aboriginal people living with a disability or complex needs. InComPro offer a range of services to their clients, including case management, supported accommodation, respite services, tenancy support, social activities, community and cultural engagement.

We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator – Intake and SIL who will be responsible for facilitating a smooth and efficient transition for new NDIS participants to the variety of programs and services offered by InComPro. By being the first point of contact for NDIS participants, families, or Support Coordinators seeking information about InComPro, we are looking for a driven, strategic thinker to add to our team of dedicated staff ensuring InComPro continues to provide high quality services to people with a disability.

You will have a:

  • Current unrestricted full Driver’s Licence
  • Department of Human Services (DHS) Disability-related employment screening
  • Current National Police Check
  • High level of competency in problem solving, showing initiative, planning, and helping others to understand complex systems
  • Demonstrated ability in IT systems including Microsoft Office, client information management systems, use of internet portals
  • Understanding of NDIS Systems, Reporting, Quality & Safety Framework and Legislation
  • History of the disability care sector and ability to translate into policy and practice
  • Willingness to travel between work locations including country areas
