IYS has a strong commitment to the delivery of engaging, safe, quality services for children, young people and their families. This newly created role will drive this commitment, taking a lead role in coordinating, documenting and communicating IYS’s quality, risk and safety management practices.

IYS adopts a strengths based, trauma informed, restorative, culturally safe framework to support children, young people and their families. Our team provides a range services, including bail support, training, youth justice responses, housing and homelessness, family and generalist supports to assist young people to address challenges in their lives and make positive change through a mix of practical and therapeutic interventions and the creation of opportunities for positive social participation.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced quality and service delivery coordinator to provide a high standard of operational innovation, continuous improvement implementation, and team development support to further develop IYS’ service delivery activities and excellent reputation.

This role is perfect for a team player who enjoys a healthy mix of collaborative and autonomous work. You should be adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment on projects that create social good.

This role offers a flexible 30 hour week, worked across five days Monday - Friday.
