Impact Boom collaborates with purpose-driven organisations to accelerate change. Through advice, education, ecosystem building and media, we help people and organisations unleash their greatest potential to create a better world. We create the right conditions, resources, tools and programs to help people tackle social and environmental challenges and have programs running nationally. We led the bid for the Social Enterprise World Forum to be held in Brisbane in September and are a trusted partner for a broad range of other initiatives.

The purpose of this role is to provide operational management and strategic oversight of our upcoming programs, education streams of work and events, whilst nurturing and growing our global community across our various channels.
The role provides a unique opportunity for you to work across multiple programs and engage with diverse stakeholders across the social enterprise and purpose-led business sector while contributing to organisational growth and sustainability.
The successful candidate will:
Appropriate remuneration in line with experience to be negotiated.
We support flexible work arrangements and applicants who would like to work 2-3 days per week or shorter hours over 5 days are encouraged to apply. The role is based in Brisbane and requires weekly in-person attendance to workshops/events. We have an office on Queen St (although working remotely may suit), and run programs and events in various locations (primarily in SE Qld for this role). This would suit someone working on their own enterprise or returning to the work force after starting a family, who would prefer a part-time role at this stage but be interested in growing with us. If you've participated in an accelerator/incubator program that'd be an advantage.
