Position Description

If so, you will have the opportunity to own this role, while using your diverse experience, to lead and grow our Support Coordination Department in Queensland. You will achieve this by applying your Support Coordination experience, strong relationship building and or life coaching skills, to deliver exceptional Support Coordination services to our existing and prospective clients.

We are a registered NDIS provider, offering a personalised approach to Support Coordination services.

We currently deliver NDIS Support Coordination to clients from locations around South East Queensland.

To be successful you will demonstrate the following

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering a personalised Support Coordination service to NDIS Participants. Participation in formal Support Coordination Training – (desirable)
  • Acute understanding of the NDIS, including scheme intent, pricing structures and service offerings
  • Understands the inherent requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the NDIA and ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge
  • Ability to translate and implement NDIS Quality and Safeguard Standards across Support Coordination operation procedures
  • Experience working with complex client needs
  • Well connected with established networks and continually builds and values positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Confident in resolving conflicts or crises as they arise in a timely and professional manner
  • Passionate about supporting and maintaining workforce excellence and safe, positive working environments
  • Uncompromising on the provision of safe, quality supports that achieve positive outcomes for our Participants
  • Exceptional Interpersonal, Communication, Relationship Management and Team Management Skills
  • High-level organisation skills, time management and leadership skills
  • Understanding or willingness to learn a new CRM Platform as part of this Support Coordination role
  • Valid Driver's license and willingness to travel throughout South East Queensland
  • Qualifications in Allied Health, Human Services and Business highly regarded
