We are looking for a new team member to join our print manufacture company in Pakenham!

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role of the Print Production Coordinator is to liaise with clients to coordinate and oversee each order from consultation and design through to manufacture and delivery.

You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that jobs are coordinated, prepared and printed within order specifications and allocated timeframes.

The role is measured on satisfying clients by providing exceptional service and maintaining our standards of high-quality products whilst meeting our deadlines.

Experience, whilst valued, is not essential as full training can be provided to the right person.

Accountabilities

  1. Liaise with Clients to formulate objectives and understand requirements of print job
  2. Estimate Print Job costs for clients
  3. Organise workflow to meet specifications and tight deadlines
  4. Monitor production to resolve issues
  5. Ensure output meets quality standards

Selection Criteria

Knowledge and skills

  1. Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  2. Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suite
  3. Experience in reporting on key production metrics
  4. Highly organised and able to manage time and workspace to juggle multiple priorities
  5. Experienced in delivering high-quality customer service
  6. Excellent attention to detail
  7. Able to prioritise and remain focused in a dynamic environment
  8. Able to develop and maintain systems and procedures
  9. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

Desirable

  1. Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  2. Experience using Print Management Software
  3. Experience as a production coordinator
  4. Knowledge of production management

Additional requirements

  1. Must be able to get to get to work location independently. Public transport is available however does require a 20 to 30-minute walk from train station.
