The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic manager to support, manage and lead our growing Adult Podiatry, Dietetics and Diabetes Education Team. The team currently comprises Podiatrists, Dietitians, Diabetes Nurse Educators and AHAs and we provide student placements in podiatry and dietetics. The role also involves management of two Integrated Diabetes Education & Assessment Service clinics with the Endocrinologists from Eastern Health.

Responsibilities

Provide effective operational management and clinical and professional leadership of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of coordinated, high quality and innovative services to clients residing in the Cities of Boroondara, Manningham and Yarra in Melbourne Victoria.

The positon promotes collaborative relationships in the coordination of service delivery, driving client centred, goal oriented outcomes alongside the promotion of wellness and reablement.

Skills & Experience

• Eligible for AHPRA registration – ideally with a Podiatry background
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage change
• Knowledge of funding streams
• Workforce planning and development skills
• Management of budget
