About the role

You can expect your day to include the following:

• Meeting with our participants, their families and stakeholders to ensure their IDSS experience is positive and fulfilling
• Working with our lifestyle mentors to identify skill sets and quirky traits that bring points of difference to our participants
• Rostering appropriate staff to meet participant needs using our intuitive software programs
• Ensuring that all compliance required administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Problem solving to achieve best possible support outcomes for participants
• Creating relationships that grow and develop the business

Success in this role will require:

• Demonstrated superior customer service, communication and administrative skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to best outcomes
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated team in a busy environment
• Able to juggle multiple priorities working within tight time frames
• Experience in rostering staff
• Knowledge of the disability sector
