We are currently looking for an IT Desktop Support Officer with proven sound IT knowledge.  The position is reporting to the System Administrator as part of the Corporate Services team  and  will be the first point of contact for all desktop IT issues within Identitywa including  troubleshooting, on the spot problem solving a range of IT issues. 

The successful candidate should  have the ability to communicate IT issues and resolutions effectively with people with varying levels of computer literacy at all levels within the organisation with an empathetic and ‘can do attitude’.
