Workforce Administrator - Rostering

About the Role 

We are seeking a Workforce Administrator to join our Team. Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, this role is responsible for the allocation of our most critical resource, our people. 

  • Coordinates with all managers to understand rostering requirements for the Service Delivery Team and responds to changes as they arise
  • Rosters staff shifts across the organisation in line with client needs and organisation guidelines
  • Reconciles weekly timesheets and agency invoices and coordinates with Payroll
  • Inputs and processes within the rostering system
  • Manages staff leave
  • Generates reports and conducts administrative tasks and support duties
  • Requires effective and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders

Essential Criteria:  

  • Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Detail oriented 
  • Experience in Conflict management, de-escalation, negotiation 
  • Understanding of budgets 
  • Resilient, solution focused and empathetic 
  • Advanced IT skills including MS Office and computer/laptop usage 
  • Proven ability to work across a number of sites 
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage competing priorities 
  • Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary team 
  • Experience with Rostering systems
